Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a voicemail or send us an email with your name, phone number and appointment details.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the service(s) you had booked. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service(s) you had booked.

We understand that emergencies can happen and we will take those into consideration when assessing cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later time or another day.
