We understand that you want your order as soon as possible, and we work hard to get your items shipped out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Our standard shipping method is via ground shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.

Shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories may take longer and incur additional shipping fees.

Please note that we are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

Return Policy

At Vivid Soda, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality product and an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
